This office was very aggressive and unprofessional at handling the front desk demanding my disabled child wear a mask when he is medically exempt from wearing one due to his multiple disabilities. I told the front desk this on the phone prior to the appointment. I was also told I needed to present documentation of the inability to wear a mask that is protected by HIPPA laws. After that harassment I decided to leave as I felt we were being discriminated against for having medical issues. Im actually happy to have left because I definitely dont want to deal with the Natzi Germany like behavior and discrimination.
Absolutely HORRIBLE front desk customer service, it was extremely crowded, overbooked and we waited over an hour before leaving. Horrible seating conditions during this pandemic. DO NOT recommend.
Their website now has "bill pay"! Except it doesn't work. I've been trying to pay our bill for two days! I guess they don't want my money!
