Although you can find some rare clothes here along with the occasional cute shirt, they are extremely hypocritical when you are trying to sell back clothes to them. We had a box full of clothes, and half of the clothes were literally bought from them 5 months ago, they said they were not going to take any of it as it was all out dated clothes! I'm sorry but Roxy especially never goes "outdated"! Then while looking on the shelves, there is clothes being resold from WALMART! Seems like if you want to sell your clothes to them, you have to be a friend of someone who works here, why else would there be faded clothes and Walmart brands here!

I try not to be internet warrior here but I'm super disappointed in your plus size selection and for what you are able to buy. I brought in torrid and maurcies clothes that still had tags on them, never worn before and was told they were out of date, and for women's clothing not "teens". I apologize and I know I'm not a teen anymore that was 6 years ago but I shopped at torrid and maurices as a plus size teen. I would think if your trying to be inclusive for plus size teen that would be brand's you would want. Looking through your plus size selection I was not impressed. Definitely disappointed with my expierence today.

I kind of like making new clothes with old clothes and new designs with all designs and thrift shopping is going to run for me I like that I like to find antiques in different styles and that's what they're talking about I promote the store because it also takes things kind of Like New consignment they buy or trade and I think that's cool I'm going to promote this one

Selling with them was awful. They didnt buy anything because of stains or wear and tear, which I went through it and none had wear and tear or stains. Most of it had tags. They say they are very selective but they only have old 90s wear in store. They also told me that it is out of style which most of my stuff was north face, columbian, or american eagle which all are still in style. Overall, the customer service also sucked. They were all super rude.
