Had an appointment at 2:30 PM. Hit construction so was running 5 minutes late. Called to let them know and was told they probably wouldnt be able to cut my hair because they have another client coming at 3.

Sitting here right now with my son and he asked for his hair to be a little shorter. Well, the attitude she just gave me about how she has to do the whole cut over now. Really, it took her 8 minutes to cut his hair and 2 to trim it shorter! Came here to see Heather but she had left for the day, I will never have Sara cut his hair again. I'm actually never coming back here because of this. She did not earn the $2 tip I gave her on a $20 haircut that came with a free bad attitude!
