This is the WORST CUSTOMER service I have ever received for any product or service in my LIFETIME. Not only was the car not detailed when purchased dirt spots on the floor Mat. In less than 7 days of purchase my car stalled out . Because they did not put the battery or battery cable properly. The triple A guy whose it couldn't believe that a Basil resale center what let a car go off the lot looking that unprofessional. ON top of that I have had horrible break issues covered under the 60 day lemon the REFUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. The car I purchaee was a 2018 Nissan altima and it has been there in the shop more then I have actually had the car. Everytime I tell the the breaks make noise which one of the mechanics even heard in a test drive with me. They keep the car for 5 days tell me it is fixed and it literally makes the same noise and has the sane issues as it did when I brought it to them . I am literally going to have to get legal counsel I have never seen group of people be so nonchalant and not care. You made thousands of dollars off of my purchase you can't in best in a derailing. Fixing simple battery wiring and raje pads and rotors for a sale of 18 000 woth 4000 dollars down. I have never seen such a dont car attitude about doing good and above borad business.
It's never exciting to hear about Basil underwhelming our guests, but we appreciate any and all feedback we can get. We will definitely be passing along your message to our Management staff to see how we can be better. Thank you for being honest, and we hope to see you back again.

Unfortunate the sale woman there couldnt get the car started we were there to view Dry sketchy and shady business. They did not offer to show us another vehicle it was just tough luck

Just an update from my earlier poor review...after I had originally dropped the car off and had it ignored for the entire day, they went out of their way to pick up the car at my house and replace the intake manifold which needed to be replaced when I bought the car. So that was actually pretty nice. Unfortunately a month later the check engine light came on. I had to drop it off for yet another day only to find out a part of the intake manifold they replaced was faulty. So I was told the part would be delivered in one or two DAYS. After a week I called, left a message and was ignored. After two weeks I called and left a message and was ignored. After two weeks and one day I called, left a message and was ignored. Still trying to reach them...not holding my breath. Best case scenario is they fix the thing with me not being able to use the car for 4 days, when it should have been fixed before I even bought the car. If I could give a negative number review I would. One is WAY too high of a rating.
