Crooks, Liars and unprofessional. They WILL be taken to court. I wanted a status update on my vehicle that was towed in for a power train warranty repair. I called and spoke to the Service Manger. The Service manager was extremely rude. Interrupted me over and over in mid sentence over the phone. Spoke to the General Manager about my experience with the Service Manager and he completely dismissed it. I spoke with the General Manager about getting a courtesy vehicle setup for my warranty repair and was told (which I already knew) it needed to be diagnosed. I told him my wife had to be able to get to and from work and I needed the vehicle looked at so we could get a courtesy vehicle set up. He told me that they probably didnt even have one to which I replied Ive been through this before and one can be setup through a rental agency if one from the dealer is not available. All of this is to make the point that they had they vehicle literally all day and had not touched it. The General Manager assured me that my vehicle would be but to the front of the line the next morning and would be taken care of first thing. He also said I would receive a call from him. Well its now 10:00a and the service department has been open for two hours. I called to speak with the GM and was told I needed to leave a message. I asked to speak with the service manager. I asked the Service Manager what the status of my vehicle was and he told me that he had not touched it yet and gave me several excuses as to why it hadnt been touched. By far the worst experience from a GM dealership to date and this is coming from a member of the GM family of over 30 years. Update: I had to call to find out my vehicle had been finished and they still would not honor the Power-train Warranty.
I asked to see your inspection report, finance ignored my request several times. I had a $1100 repair bill, and I didnt even make it out of Fort Mead. Before the "poor quality def", by the time I got home the truck was maxing out at 55mpg. Greenwood really is as bad as the auto sales in the Orlando. It all about how much I can make. The owner is a true politician. How much and how fast can I get there money. Finance rushed my wife through paper work, wouldn't let me read it. Do to it was time to go home. I have never had such an unprofessional finance department. The only reason you got one star, is your salesman Mr. Hall. That is a home town sales many. Mr. Hall is an amazing sales man. It's a shame you and Mr. Hall lost a customer, from unprofessional finance, and the lack of support to a customer that spent 35,000 and drive almost 2 hours. Your not paying for it. Yes you put 400 toward the bill, all I asked is to cover def charges. If you want a five star review, finish your" hometown dealership", you claim to be. An help us with this bill. There was no more money for this repair, as I put a $15,000 down. An I all so would like an apology for the ignoring my questoons That is all I asked for, nothing else.
Robbie was pleasant and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, even though it was all-electric. Staff was also very nice and the transaction went smoothly. And a driver from the dealership even picked me up and drove me back to the dealership (4 hours round-trip!) to pick up my old car so I could drive it home! Thanks to all !
Heard great things about greenwood from several people that had purchased from them. So I called and spoke to the sales manager. Told him what I wanted and that I was fine with ordering it if need be. Called several more times over the next couple weeks and never had anyone even attempt to call me back or take my order. Eventually gave up and ordered a truck from a dealership in Brandon.
