Please read it all The good- The quality of the fence panels are a good standard also the delivery staff were friendly and courteous on both deliveries. The bad- What was agreed on their websites description then verbally agreed with the manager then ordered and paid for were delivered twice with the wrong sizes. The ugly The customer service has been appalling, communication has been non-existent. We never received return calls, emails or Whatsapp texts when promised. They cancelled the first delivery date without contacting us(Lost a day). Used production and delivery staffing problems as an excuse for no communication. Used production staffing problems as an excuse for wrong measurements of panels. Owners never contacted us when politely asked on numerous occasions. The panels that we had ordered as well as replacements that came 6 weeks later had the same wrong measurements. We were put at the back of the queue during a production catch-up period after we paid. We couldnt be more sympathetic to companies who have suffered staffing problem because of Covid19, we were always going to be flexible with any delivery dates as long as we are kept in the loop, after all our problems and never receiving the correct product good communication should have been paramount whether working at home or in the office. As we had to complete the fence between ourselves and our neighbours We felt we had to accept the panels which were delivered although their height was short ,the width was correct. A small reduction in price was mentioned but I doubt we will receive one. If Bradford Brothers want to contact me to discuss this review please do so.
Hi David, we can only apologise for any poor service you have received. With the current Covid restrictions we find ourselves working with, we are operating with limited numbers. Our quoting team are experiencing a huge backlog - with the waiting list to be seen now up to a month and an extensive waiting list for work to be completed. They never replied to my email asking for a quote, poor
spent over 2500 with Bradford bro that's Inc fence and decking the panels fell apart after 1st yr called them back to fix them at my own cost been waiting over a month no one's come out every time I ring thy said someone will come out am still waiting
