I ordered a pair of jeans on Black friday(12/26), I then contacted them a week later as I noticed my jeans hadn't been shipped yet. They told me they were just experiencing higher volumes of orders and that was why it hadn't shipped. At this point, I wasn't too worried about it and understanding. I then received an email one week after that (two weeks from the day of my order) saying my order was cancelled with NO explanation. I then contacted the same day 12/9 and it is not 12/14 and I have not heard anything back on an explanation as to why my order was cancelled. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and I never write reviews. This had to be acknowledged. So terrible.
It was my first time at the store location and I walked in very impressed,everything was neatly folded and organized. As soon as I walked in I was helped by a very helpful staff member her name was Aaliyah. I found exactly what I needed, I WILL be back
