We are sorry that your visit with Noble did not meet your expectations of us. We do require consoles, games,& dvd's to be in complete/good working condtion. There are a few exceptions, such as data damage on disc's, refurbished consoles, games that we are overstocked on, etc. that we can't take trade in's. With the trading cards, we do require them to be in good condition and of at least a certain value. We apologize that we were not able to take some of your items.

Ive try to sell cards, consoles , and DVDs and every single time I call ahead they say yeah we could take them and every time I waste my time coming down here they give me some excuse of why they cant take them, staff is unhelpful and clueless, no one ever helps me, theyre always just playing video games and playing around like the children they are. SAVE YOUR MONEY, WORTHLESS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Response to owner 10/6/2021 : More excuses and it wasnt some of my items it was ALL of my items
