We are disappointed in service due to no updated road map and detours of construction, a DPS trooper had to redirect us. We had other golf cart families frustrated. Our bride to be celebration experience was ruined by a hour half delay! We should have some reimbursement or discount. I wont rent here again.

We are seriously disappointed in our golf cart rental. We spent an hour lost due to detours and the map we were given was outdated. It totally ruined our experience. There were several golf carts that experienced the same problems. We will not rent for this vendor again.

Mike Davis called on 7/20/22 in the peak of summer season. We informed Mike he was welcome to drop his cart off, but we were at least a month out from looking at older carts, and that quality OEM parts for his cart were becoming harder to find due to the manufacturer discontinuing this 20 year old cart. After searching through thick and thin for an available part, we finally got started at the end of August. While in progress of repairs (engine disassembled) Mike became increasingly rude when asked to bare with us. We want his cart a 100% when it leaves, and not just slapped together. No hard feelings towards Mike. We would want our toy back as fast as possible too. Mike told us he will take it somewhere else. We reassembled engine and said our goodbyes.

This shop was a complete disappointment, JJ kept my cart for 8 weeks and did absolutely nothing. When approached was totally unprofessional. Worst service in Rockport.
