Mr. Herbert Welles is not telling the truth about what occurred. We spoke to Mr. Welles over the phone and asked him to email us the wording for his tickets and flyers, so we can do a layout and email him back for approval. We never received any information from Mr. Welles about this event. He came into the shop two days before the event. I was at my desk with a customer. I got up to meet Mr. Welles, and my assistant said he left. We were not able to do Mr. Welles' job because he never provided us information. Mr. Herbert is lying about what occurred.

So after almost 6yrs of great service it only took 1 really bad experience to have me scrambling frantically for another printer service!! After being ignored and lied to I missed the opportunity to have flyers and tickets at a major event at Church this past Sun. I would think a printer , of all businesses would want to avoid bad print. Had I even received a call after the fact to appologize would have shown some decency and respect. He should consider maybe changing the name of the business because he obviously does not care!! FYI, THIS JUST IN..., the owner, Ronnie decided to call to insult me "TWICE" TODAY, A WEEK LATER and accuse me of lying about what transpired last week. During the 1st call, I informed Ronnie that the call was on speaker and 2 other people were listening as I was multitasking but he continued to insult me and try to bait me into an argument so I told him I had nothing else to say and hung up. He called right back and let's just say, if anyone really wants to know what type of business person he truly is , I'll let you hear it for yourselves ,because his call was recorded, not by me but because they couldnt believe what they hearing so, after this call we went to the shop to try to reason with Ronnie but again he was verbally abusive and very confrontational actually getting face to face as we spoke outside his shop. AGAIN, THIS ENTIRE EPISODE WAS RECORDED, SO PLEASE, DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. I spoke peacefully but i was repeatedly called an idiot and a Lil girl!! AS I LEFT, I TOLD HIM "THE PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD. Oh and maybe he can explain to ALL of his clients why he asked me" if i treated the white man like that"???!! But be careful because it's on record. So What reasons do I have to lie about any of this... But instead of appologizing for poor customer service he decided to make it personal..... So be it!!
Sent a detailed email outlined with exactly what we needed. Came to pick up order and they printed ALL OF our items with the wrong logo and color variations and the order wasnt completed. Owner promised to replace our items with our vender, when we sent invoice he complained about shipping cost. Said he would not pay for shipping and handling from our vendor. The printing was of very low quality. When we went to pick up the remainder of our order it was incomplete and items were missing. This place is very unorganized, unprofessional, and unethical.
