An apartment was listed on a Saturday which I requested to see that day. The leasing office responded on Sunday and said I could come in that day for self-guided tour. As soon as I left the viewing, I knew I wanted to put in application in. I emailed the leasing office back immediately and asked for the application. They sent me a non-fillable PDF. Since I don't have a printer at home, I needed to take the time to convert it to a writeable PDF and add all of the fields to the PDF so I could write into it. An hour later, I emailed the application back. I received a response that the other interested party was given an online application and got theirs in 5 minutes before me therefore they were going to process their application. Beware of the favoritism and unfair practices this leasing office practices. I would hope they were not blatantly discriminating, but they do make you wonder.
Ive never lived in a luxury apartment with so many mishaps. The doormen are so lazy and unhappy. First of, they let anyone in. The package system is so unorganized. Why do we even pay for the doorman amenity ?? Fermin, the super, is extremely lazy and unhelpful. Is he asking to get fired because he is really good at being rude to tenants. If you are considering this building, dont. Maybe they are so unfriendly because they want you to vacate on a yearly basis, being that they are a rental-only building. Ive never had such a poor experience. Please consider this information before you sign a lease here.
These are beautiful apartments. It was amazing being able to come to a furnished apartment while moving from the west coast without needing to move my furniture! I was even able to bring my dog with their pet friendly policy!
