I scheduled an (urgent- to me) appointment and wasn't able to get in until the following morning with my primary doctor. I called a couple more times that day to see if there were any cancellations with no luck. Bummer but no big deal. Then I get a call the following morning AN HOUR BEFORE my appointment and I am told that my doctor isn't seeing patients with my symptoms. What!? And of course there aren't any other doctors that can see me at the scheduled time or even any time in the morning that same day. I am so frustrated and disappointed. The reason my doctor wasn't able to see me is because she is pregnant, well didn't the clinic representative KNOW THIS information when I SPECIFICALLY scheduled the appointment, I was CLEAR on what I needed to be seen for. The worst customer service with zero empathy!

I called to schedule a new patient visit. The person who answered the phone acted like it was an imposition to "set up a new chart" for me. She then transferred me to a nurse who told me to go to the Emergency room or Urgent Care for a cough and chest congestion ... REALLY the emergency room. I went to Urgent Care and they told me I should go to the clinic so I can get an x-ray. I will go to a clinic but not here. Between the pass off and being treated like an imposition, I will go to a clinic that really cares
