Patrick Seaman is the most unprofessional property manager Ive ever encountered. Everytime he speaks to me he is rude and unprofessional. Ive requested to speak with anyone but him and still have to converse with him over maintenance request and he continues to be rude and short regarding any conversation we may have. Doesnt matter what it is about, he continues to behave in an unprofessional manner and I was told today after several requests to know when the maintenance man was coming who was supposed to show at 11am that i am not to contact him again for he has nothing to do with the management of the house..... even after i sent sent emails and calls to property management questioning when he was arriving then I found the maintenance repair mans number and decided to call and find out if he was still coming because it had already been 2.5 hours of waiting around and my partner missed work for the day. Im over how rude he is almost every time he speaks or emails me.
