This customer wanted to cancel an order and when we told him it had already been shipped he began to yell at the employee for shipping the item too fast. He continued to yell at her until she put him on hold. The owner who was walking by heard the incident and answered the phone. Slater, the owner, asked why he was yelling at his employee and stated he would not tolerate anyone yelling at his staff when they did nothing wrong. Corey began saying, "I would expect more from a former police officer." The problem in today's society is people think they can treat employees with total disrespect because "the customer is always right." Well, at this company if you're right you will be respected accordingly, but if you're disrespectful...we don't want or need your business. To insinuate you deserve more respect because you are law enforcement makes it even worse. Take care and know we are completely unapologetic and even proud for this star rating.
