I saw a good review so called. Both times I called the person coming was very short with me. When I finally got ahold of my husband he was going to try to get in. I was scared to call the guy back. He shows up, I explain abt my husband, he goes off on me. Says "Jesus Christ, don't call us back." I'm standing there with a baby in a stroller. Wow. I offered him gas money. He was still RUDE.

Hello roger and thank you for your review. Your vehicle does require a key to be programmed. We made that clear to you the day you came in our store. The key that you purchased from us was a mechanical key. We told you that it would not start with out being programmed. The key we cut, you made it clear that it worked. We also charge accordingly going to butler county for service calls. We also use oem factory keys. We did everything we could to try and help you. Happy holidays!!

I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I call them about my car . I had lost the key . I ask them if they could make me another key . The guy said he could make me one that would start and run the car but no remote. I went up there & he made me 2 . Charged me $74.00 , got home & the motor wouldnt turn over . I called & wouldnt give my money back said he would come to my house for another $175.00 & fix it . I called Bowling Green Locksmith & they came to my house and fixed it for $120.
