TRUCKERSarrived the night before for our 0800 delivery and there is space to park. Checked in at 0800, was given a door, but they said they were waiting on another truck. Backed in, another truck arrived followed by a box truck. The box truck was loaded/unloaded and out the doorwe sat for 2 hours and then another 90 min to unload 20 pallets??? Just be prepared for a long wait.

Hit is requiring employees to submit a vacation day request for not being able to work on 9/11/2017 if they wish to be paid for the day. The facility was closed by management in face of Hurricane Irma. No one was able to report to work with much of the surrounding areas in evacuation zones. It seems that Florida laws allow the company to take this course of action. Just because something may be allowed does not mean that it is the correct action to take. With all the country offering help to Florida, would it be too much to ask that a company offers kindness to its employees? A little compassion would be in order!!
