Hiring Deanna was the BEST wedding decision we made! She is so easy to work with and is very responsive to emails. On our wedding day we didn't have to lift a finger--Deanna took care of absolutely everything for us and we were able to spend the entire day completely stress and worry free! She literally did everything day-of: organized the vendors, pinned all the flowers, kept everyone on time, and did all of the cleanup for us afterwards. I can guarantee if you hire Deanna as your coordinator you will have no regrets about it and your big day will run so smoothly with her on your side. 10/10 would absolutely recommend :)

Our initial decision to hire a wedding planner was to preserve our investment, and for a point person to carry out our wedding day vision. However, Deanna became SO much more for us, especially given the fact that we planned and carried out a wedding in the middle of a pandemic! Deanna was super responsive to emails, was our reassurance among the chaos, and stuck with us during the many many changes that needed to happen due to COVID. When our original venue could not accommodate our size group due to restrictions (less than 2 months before our wedding date!), Deanna immediately went into action and searched out and inquired at 15+ other venues for us; despite only being hired as a day of coordinator. She was patient and flexible with us as we began to plan wedding 2.0! We shared hundreds of emails throughout the planning process, and Deanna never wavered in her willingness to work with us and truly became an emotional support. She seamlessly coordinated our rehearsal walk-through, and took care of all important communication with vendors, wedding party members, and family, including a detailed schedule for the day. Everyone involved with the wedding could not say enough great things about Deanna and her team. As hectic and crazy as a wedding day can be, we had all the confidence in the world with OBEC in charge! They were wonderful in cueing for the ceremony, flipping the space for the reception, getting gifts and important items to our suite, and taking care of clean up at the end of the night. We honestly could not have pulled off the safe, yet loving and fun celebration we had without Deanna and her team. I would HIGHLY recommend OBEC to anyone looking for an organized, empathetic team to carry out your beautiful wedding day!

Deanna is SUCH a delight of a human being and as a professional planner. Shes warm, calm, patient, and extremely knowledgeableall crucial skills in a very busy and emotionally-charged season of clients lives. We had a power planning session and Olive Branch provides not only input on your plan but their own resources (spreadsheets, checklists, and recommended vendors) for reference between the power planning session and the big day. We also took an extensive questionnaire in preparation for working with Olive Branch that helped me highlight and focus on what really mattered to me in the midst of dozens of priorities and unknowns. Highly recommend working Olive Branch if you can! And book earlytheyre in HIGH demand.

Deanna has been amazing to work with! She has rented inventory from my rental business for her weddings this year and I couldn't be happier with my experience working with her. From communication, coordination to pick up and retrieval, she has been outstanding. She's thoughtful, responsible, and detail-oriented. Truly a dream to work with! Deanna's team of wedding coordinators is beautifully crafted. Each person we worked with at OBEC was thoughtful and truly cared about what we wanted out of our day! Not only did they care but they were EXCITED (probably just as excited as my fiance and I). We could NOT have done it without the help of Deanna and Ava and we are endlessly grateful for them.
