I can't even express in words how much satisfied I am with C4T customer service. Dino and the whole C4T team are always ready to help and they really CARE about their customers. You won't find company in this industry that really puts their customers first (like C4T do!). I enjoy working with Click4Time app, it's easy to use and it's very reliable. I just recently trained our new admin assistant at our clinic on C4T and thanks to C4T being super user-friendly, it was done so smoothly and fast! Thank you C4T for amazing service.
Excellent company - product has many features for healthcare practitioners in which they are always improving upon and adding to.One of the few companies that offered a reasonable rate for one practitioner. Their customer service is incredible and I very much enjoy using their services for my business.
Customer Service with click4time software is the good old fashioned kind. I treasure their work ethic. I've been using their service for over 5 years and could not be happier. Initially, it saved me 15 hours per month from phon calls and texting reminders. That''s time I could be making money. Just one new customer would pay for the service. I receive new customers weekly that book online because many people book at night when I'm closed. The reviews clients may leave in the booking program have caused many clients to comment that it was a deciding factor for them. I really like the ease of private paperless storage for the optional intake form medical questionnaire. There are too many customers now to remember each one's medical history. There's even a place to put personal information per appt, like the technique I used last session they liked or the trip to Italy they aer taking. If they mention they want their sister to come, I can put it the client notes for that session. It appears on their next appt. I can ask how that went. I don't have to remember if I put it in the system. Recently, I used the appt history to evaluate a clients frequency pattern. It gave me the data needed to set up greater consistency for the client. The client appreciated the data and will be coming routinely now. I like the feature if the client is a no show that they cannot book online again without my permission. I have been using this software for 5 years now and love it! It has so many features at a way better price than anything else out there. But more so, the customer service is unparalleled! When I call with any issues or questions I often get to speak with the same people who always know my account and history. Glad I found it and highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars, they would have earned every one of them! I switched many years ago when click 4 time 1st started their business. They have been so very helpful even with silly questions. The customer service is a "10" out of "10". my personal experience has been fantastic, especially when compared to our previous on line booking system, which was disastrous. Dino and Geoff took our business by the hand and step by step, never loosing patience, through the process of switching over. The pricing is very reasonable, but they could easily charge more for the great customer service. Their videos are fantastic and the accounting and report sections are money saving. The patient intake forms and e files are customizable and again so easy to use. I cannot recommend more highly this service, you won't be sorry, I love these guys!!!
