Had I received it, I definitely would have responded, but since I never got it, I was unaware that you tried to contact us. Kind of a catch 22, I guess. In response to owner: That's because no one worked with me. Several months ago I sent a request for info via your contact form, received an automated message acknowledging receipt stating that someone would get back to me, and then never heard anything, not even a "no", ever again. That seems like poor business form to me. And if your contact form doesn't appear to work, why would I try again?

We couldn't be happier with the concept/design/look/labels Ketchup+Mustard produced for our small, handmade soap business (Samish Bay Soaps). We wanted a look that that reflects our vision, the PNW, and something that stands out from the rest on store shelves. The concept needed to be practical (as we package all the soaps ourselves) and easy and affordable to have printed. They nailed it! Whenever we need something to go along with our new look, whether it be thank-you cards, business cards, point-of-sale items, etc., Ketchup + Mustard is very responsive and takes excellent care of us. I've worked with Ketchup + Mustard in a variety of ways over the last year and a half. Not only did they help redesign my own logo and website, but I have worked with them as a photographer for several of their client projects. Having experienced both the feeling of being their client as well as the other side of helping to support their client, I really feel that this team is dedicated to learning about their individual customers, their needs and finding the best way to highlight each business in a unique and creative way. They are excited about seeing every business thrive and take everything into consideration from behind the scene work (web, social media, SEO) to the overall look of the final product (logos, marketing materials, color schemes).
