Terrible application. Each claim hangs for up to 2 minutes fetching Foreign exchange. Pictures of receipts dissapear after saving a claim for no reason. Claim items don't sync properly and have to be re-done Pictures randomly (1 out of 5 times) capture minute portion of the screen (zoom in at 500% magnification), require manual re-adjustment of the picture When adding the receipt photo after original is lost, there is only a half square section of the picture available to select. Claim summary shows errors which actually don't exist if you go into the claim and look at individual receipts. If I didn't have to I would NEVER use it.

Webexpenses means we now have a totally paperless expenses system! It's fantastic - no fiddly receipts or folders bursting at the seams. All employees have access to the system, take photos of receipts and upload them to a claim. Our company credit cards are also linked, so transactions are automatically uploaded. The mobile app is handy for those employees who are out on the road, and the desktop version works well for office based staff and the account administrators. Bad experience, poor customer experience - would not reccomend. Be vigilant, ensure you quiz your sales executive, validate this before placing the order - ours missold a number of features in particular the payment feature. 'Who would have thought, you would like your staff to get paid???'
