If it was possible to give a negative star rating this would be a negative 5. I called last week to ask if they could take in an order for three pairs of shorts that I needed to have a UTEP patch put on by Dec. 18th, in order to ship out to relatives for Christmas gifts in time for Christmas Day. I was told by the young lady that it should not be a problem because I was dropping them off on a Monday and that three patches would be ready, "GUARANTEED, NO PROBLEM", by the 18th. I dropped off the shorts and was given a time of ETA 1pm on Dec. 18th. I was called on Thursday the 17th to be asked where I wanted the logo placed on the shorts, after I had already explained to the counter person where I wanted them. That was the first sign that my order had not even been taken in to be started on. I didn't think it was that big of a deal because it was a small order of three simple patches. I received no follow-up phone call on the 18th to verify that my order was ready. I called the number provided twice with no answer. I called back today on the 21st around 10:30am to let them know I was on my way to pick up my order which was "GUARANTEED" and was told by the woman who answered that my order had not even been started and they would "try" to have it ready by 1pm. I was already on a time constraint due to holiday shipping times, which is why i chose this location after being assured that my items would be ready by the 18th to be able to get them packed and shipped out on the 19th for Christmas delivery. I showed up at the store and asked to pick up my shorts because they were unable to provide the timely service that they promised. When I asked about MY items I was given attitude by the young lady behind the counter and told I needed to "calm down and relax" because they were "super busy" and they never said they would be ready before Christmas. LIES!! Not only was her attitude and language towards me unprofessional but the woman i assume is the manager/owner just told her to look for the invoice because they didn't know how much they charged me and they wanted to give me a "credit" instead of returning my hard earned money that I had pre paid for the items with. Why would I want a credit if you cant keep your word? If you know that you are behind schedule and your staff cant make the deadlines on the commitments they made to customers, then why would you take on more work? That's just greedy, and especially this time of year with everything we have going on. Instead of trying to make it right and telling me that they would have my order completed while I wait for 3 PAIRS OF SHORTS WITH A SMALL UTEP PATCH, they decided to let this nobody employee speak to a customer like she was in the streets talking to some punk. UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFFESIONAL AND DOWNRIGHT WRONG!! And the fact that the manager/owner allowed her to continue to speak to me so unprofessionally just confirms how bad this business is run. I left and was fortunate enough to not only find another location in town with a much more positive attitude, but they stopped what they were doing and took care of my items in less than an hour and a half, no questions asked. Its unfortunate that a business run by a veteran would choose to treat locals supporting their small business with such disrespect. I would be ashamed of myself and my staff if this were my company. Needless to say I am no longer taking any of my business here, nor will any of my family members or coworkers. And our family deals with a large group of youth sports teams as well as company events for people across the borderland. This is NOT how you take care of your neighbors, and this company is definitely not EL PASO STRONG.

I went to get some polos shirts embroider with my company logo. Ms. Imelda was a great help. She help me with how my logo would look in different types of shirts and colors. The staff professionalism and customer service was outstanding. My polos were returned at the time that was promised. I was more than pleased with the level of detail in the work. I would highly recommend this establishment for you embroidery needs.
To be honest, this is the worst place to order, they never make the orders on time, and the owners have a terrible character that even a dog would behave better, the owners are very rude with they customers and employees. Is not fair to treat people like that.
