I cannot recommend DCG as a property manager and would, indeed, caution you to avoid renting at a property they manage.

Zero stars. I was not allowed to view a home I wanted to and dismissed without the opportunity to apply for "any" 2br apartments/homes with Dickson Commercial Group by Monica Domini on 8/7/19 simply because I have a roomate. I have 750+ credit, 6 figure cash savings, good income. I was willing to sign a contract taking all responsibility for deposit, payments and damage. While this practice might be legal I find it very discriminatory and counter productive in a city where there is a housing crisis. It also serves as a disservice to home owners who are looking for reliable long term tenants. My dog and I visit the park daily next to the home I wanted to rent. I could have seen us staying there for years to come. Please stop being lazy and dismissive and see the big picture. People need help finding homes in Reno at affordable prices. If they are well qualified and of good character....give them a chance! I cannot recommend Dickson Commercial Group.
