Horrible unprofessional and less than zero talent. Don't believe the positive reviews, so many other better places with experienced colorists at superior price points!!

I feel sure the good reviews are by friebds & family. They treated both me & my hair so badly.
I think that this salon has some amazing stylists! i had one of my favourite haircuts ever with Crystal! The reason for the initial two star review is the lack of communication. I made a colouring appointment for today but could not reschedule it online. I attempted to call and text love lane salon several times before their cancellation policy was in affect. But they have a new voicemail system. I left 2 voicemails but unfortunately was not contacted until 30 mins after my original appointment time. I tried to text and call again to refute but they didn't answer my texts or call me back. instead i was charged almost 300 dollars. BUT they got back to me and put that charge into another appointment- it seems they are transitioning to a new system which will obviously have a few kinks. Thank you!!!! and im so happy to change this to 5 stars!
