Poor relationship with public! Rates are through the roof to cover all there unneeded equipment! I absolutely would not recommend anyone using them for towing! Most selfish office staff Ive ever dealt with and they are really good at putting on a show! And pointing fingers at whoever they are dealing with to make it look like you are the problem! Id like to say more but.......... nothing else should need said! Its really amusing how this company works! They would not allow a customer to pick up there vehicle, once they found out who was picking it up! It almost seems to me that there pushing legality issues! There is no company that has any right to keep anyones vehicle for any reason other than specified by the police!

Wow!! I dont know where to start.. these guys were the greatest! They arrived in less than 20 mins. Honestly, I dont know how anyone can leave a place after getting stuck in a field of mud in good spirits. My fiancé got his 53 foot trailer in a bad situation and they were more than polite, extremely helpful and understanding.The guy who helped us was hilarious. He has a great sense of humor. Theres no need to feel worse than you already feel in tough situations, but this company and the officers that were dispatched took away most of the hurt. You can tell this is a family owned business and this community is also the same. Im honestly very thankful that in this situation they were who we dealt with. Blessings to them & their company.
