I made an appointment and it took 1.5 hours to do a simple vehicle inspection. My vehicle passed and nothing other then the inspection was done.

I went there for a state inspection. Super fast and cheap. I was in and out within five minutes for drop off and pick up. Didnt try to charge me extra fees or sell me anything. My car was done within an hour!! Overall great experience

Great service. I went there for the first time today to get a state inspection. I spoke with with Damien who was very friendly and informative. I decided to get a filter replaced after the inspection and they had my car ready to go in minutes. They have a nice comfortable waiting area with many accommodations. I would recommend them to anyone! So glad I found this place and will be taking my vehicles there from now on.

Hi Ken, we employ techs who are licensed Virginia State inspectors. The state police hold us to inspection standards which keep you and others safe while your vehicle is on the road. Edit: years later and my ball joints are STILL good. They flat out lied. Tried telling me I needed to dump $1k into ball joints during the state inspection. I checked them myself plus it's passed inspection two years in a row now without being replaced - still no problems with the ball joints. They were just hoping for a payday. Licensed inspectors? There isn't a credential made yet that makes people honest. It would have been much better if you acknowledged your scummy practice. I removed a star for lying. No one is upset, just relaying the facts. I did revise my post to remove confusion.
