NOT even worth 1 star. I have never ever been treated so poorly by a customer service worker in my life. Whoever the older lady is, I don't even want to know her name, was just so rude, I was in shock at how she was talking to us. I will NEVER go back to RSVP ever. So to the management or to whom it may concern, please reevaluate your staff because you are lacking!
