Really bad job. We discussed dying my hair a chocolate brown but the stylist was so inexperienced that she turned my hair black! Thus leaving me with very limited options now for colour change (plus more expense). Further to the colour being awful, she got hair dye all over my face. I asked her how to get the dye off my face and she looked at me in a confused manner and shrugged "maybe water" Even though the dye on my face was there AFTER she had washed my hair. Im very disappointed that I'm stuck with a colour I didn't want plus I had to scrub at my face for days. NOT a great experience

First of all Id like to say what a lovely clean salon with very friendly staff. This is only my second time setting foot in a salon but after getting many recommendations for the beauty works and seeing many colleagues hair after their appointment I decided to treat myself now that I can for medical reasons. On leaving the salon after my appointment I was happy, even leaving a tip. But after seeing a friend who had not long had their hair done she pointed out that she would not have been happy leaving the salon with the finish I did. Obviously with very little experience going to a salon Im unsure whether the service I got was correct or not hence the 3 stars.

I saw Chloe for baylayge and a cut. Chloe was really understanding about what I wanted and really took the time to make sure it was right and that I was happy with it. She was very attentive and I'm so happy with the end result! She also gave great advice on aftercare! Would definitely recommend!

This appointment wasn't great! I was called by a lady called "nev" 1 hr before my appointment saying a different hairstylist was sick and if I could come in later. I had booked this in advance and was not able to change my plans. I was met with rudeness and a real attitude from Nev. I was totally taken back as this wasn't my fault. I came to the salon and was seen by chloe. I explained to her what had happened and I didn't even get an apology... nothing just met with "oh,right"..... to add insult to injury ive been growing my hair for my wedding and so much was chopped off for a trim! Not only that I got home and realised she missed parts of my hair. I doubt anything will come from this but I thinj its important to know its not just about the cut but the experience/ customer service!!
