Terribly sorry for your experience. The only charges we have are for technical support or installation of hardware that was not purchased from our company. These are standard charges from any software company. If you feel you were charged for something you should not have been charged for, we would be very interested in hearing your story. This is the absolute WORST company to do business with. Their tech support is always so rude and they're always doing whatever they can do get money out of their customers. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone EVEN if they paid me. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them. I can't wait to switch software companies.
