BEWARE, STAY AWAY! If you do not know anything about suiting, their salesmen are dishonest and you will walk away with a horrendous suit like I did. Unfortunately, it seems that many of their clients have not realized the subpar quality of their suits. I bought a suit for a graduation event recently when there were only a limited number of reviews on their products. Too bad I missed the more recent reviews on their unskilled and dishonest business. As I proudly showed off my suit to my friends and family, they started pointing out defects and asked me how I could have obtained such a suit! So embarrassing, I will remember this for life. The worst thing was that, I someone who does not know much about suits, was hurried out of the store with the final suit by the salesman who kept insisting that everything fit well and that I looked good in it!! IF YOU STILL WISH TO SHOP HERE, I recommend the following: 1) Walk in and ask to see some of the suits ready for pickup (randomly pulled; note: they will think of how to circumvent this when they read this review, hence my recommendation "Random"). You will notice that each one has imperfections here and there. As a note, I asked to see and even try on multiple of the suits ready for pickup and was allowed to - this I would actually not like if I was the ordering customer, but that's besides the point - so do not take No for an answer, and insist on random! 2) Do not be fooled by the suits they have on the mannequins in store - these fit the way suits should fit, the real product is nowhere near this quality! 3) Look up how a suit should properly fit - many guides on Google! Print this guide out, and make sure you confirm with them in writing that they will deliver this quality suit. - BE CAREFUL, their current policy is to only offer store credit (even this is probably hard to get) if they cannot create a "perfect it". Simply due to this policy, as opposed to many other businesses, I would be very wary since you WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK NO MATTER HOW BAD THE PRODUCT! 4) I would actually recommend you consult one or more long-time suit tailors about your suit quality and fit after you take home the product. Unfortunately, it is likely that they will reveal many many flaws to you. 5) Honestly, just stay away if you don't want a huge headache.
