My experience at SD was less than ideal. I brought in a phone with a cracked screen to be repaired, which was done quickly and at a fair price. However, as part of the repair, the fingerprint unlock and camera functions stopped working. These two new issues took three subsequent visits to the shop to fully rectify after the initial repair. They remedied the botched repair at no extra cost, but the process was slow and frustrated by a lack of communication.
