They treat thier employees like they are dispensable. I've work(in the past) for a family business, but this family does not value thier employees. Everything about this business is Smoke and Mirrors. Think twice about applying with them. They expect so much, but give so little and they will disguard you like trash. DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!

Excellent event planning for large and small events. Staff are extremely personable and have an incredible since of detail for any size event. I have personally worked with Paragon for multiple events and each time they set the bar higher and higher. Highly recommend for your your next event.
