This is the worst travel agency you can think about booking your tickets! We had been planning our trip to umrah and pakistan since july. Mr. ASIF there was handling everything for us. So unprofessional. Whenever we would call for our bookings and confirmation he would tell us call back tomorrow. The tomorrow never came ! Mr. ASIF doesnt even have guts to come to the phone and tell us that they wont book our flights. He had someone else get the message to us. Wasted our time since July! He even took our money the first day! They dont even deserve 1 star!!! Please look elsewhere for your bookings! The worst experience ever!

My wife and I reserved started the process of purchasing a Hajj Package for the 2020 Hajj season which was cancelled. The 2021 was also cancelled. Though they keep promising to return the funds (minus a non refundable portion) they did not. They tell us different stories. They are very inconsistent in their explanation. A dishonest business to avoid.

UNPROFESSIONAL!! BEWARE THEY ARE THIEVES AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!! I cannot express enough to NOT use these people. When you call and actually get someone on the phone they are RUDE, the lady I spoke with was horrible to me because I was obviously upset about being out over $2,500! I am just in shock at how unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate these people are. I am frankly in shock that they are not in jail for theft. I am talking to an attorney about suing them because this is unacceptable.
