Called MARRIETTA CUTOM SIGN in MARRIETTA to give me a quote for a sign. Bill was initially nice but things soon took a turn. I provided him with the measurements for the sign to save him a trip from having to go to my office location and he recognized the layout from another sign company. He asked and I explained that yes it was from another company and here again I do need a quote. He quoted me $140 for the sign and I spoke to him of some other signage needs. I explained to him the time restraints I was under to me getting my sign. He agreed to call me back with additional quotes and we hung up. Two days later I called him to see if he had the quote ready for all my needs. He basically told me and my partner he was refusing to work with us because he knew the other person we were getting a quote from. Additionally he called the other guy and now he is unwilling to work with us. Since when is it against the law to get a quote from multiple companies for something you need ASAP. I explained he could have charged an hourly fee for his time/ work. I am a Black owned business looking for a professional company and now I have to start my search open while planning an open house for my company. I will NEVER use nor recommend MARTIETTA CUSTOM DESIGNS in MARRIETTA.

Mr. Singh, "bunch of crooks" is a pretty strong accusation. You were quoted a price for a decal print, and that is what you were charged. On pick-up you requested installation on your vehicle. ($10 install fee.) It is unfortunate you elected not to address this at the time and chose to call us "a bunch of crooks" from the privacy of your car. Come by the shop to collect your $10 install fee, with the promise you do not ever return. Bill Weatherly - Owner

bunch of crooks .. initially quoted me a different price and when i went to get the sign they overcharged me so when u order they quote something and later on charge something else i would not recommend these crooks to anyone. now the owner is replying to cover up for his son his son quoted me $ 40.00 with installation as i asked him if they can install it he said yes and never told me of extra fee for install and still its not about $10.00 its the way you do business .. and they way you replied with the nasty attitude .. come to the shop and collect your $ 10.00 and never come back .. who wants to come back .. guess what you can keep the money

Bill and team are AMAZING! I contacted them to help me with some signs for a woman's march I was headed to. The team was so amazing and had my signs done in a day. They even added some handles for the signs to be used in the march. The price was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend this company for all of your sign needs. They are very customer centric and I will definitely use them again and again!

As a new truck company owner , Im still learning a lot . I end up ordering the wrong size magnet for our box trucks . When I came to pick up the very large magnets , I noticed right away that I had made a terrible mistake. The owner saw my expression and knew I was very disappointed in myself for the error . He calmed me down by saying its okay , we can make it right . He instructed me to Re measure the truck door and send measurements in email . I did just that . They he replied your new corrected order is ready for pick up . best part No charge! Now that is top notch customer service that I can really appreciate . Im very thankful for the owners willingness to make things right for me as a new business owner . Ill definitely will recommend this business. And again, I greatly appreciate their goal to ensure their customers are satisfied!
