This is a REAL review based on a HORRID experience that was entirely 100% unexpected. First I'll start by saying Andy is AMAZING and this place has always come through and done well for my wife and her cause. But this time my wife was accosted by the "owner" Jeff. She was devastated and furious by the time the Call ended. She was asking if they could do the same thing they have always done and he aggressively stated "I'm tired of working for free" and when she asked why he was acting so rude for no reason during the negotiation he said "alright you lectured me, what now?". This business used to be worth it. Personally? I wouldn't ask them to do anything for me after this and my wife is now working with another company but maybe this Jeff was the reason for all of this and they'll go back to normal...I hope they do for their businesses sake. Prices go up, we understood that but that behavior, that's not acceptable.

I needed a hat. They had every possible hat in stock. I had the hat custom embroidered for an amazing price. The service was excellent and the employees were friendly. I'll be going back for sure!
