The barber is extremely rude. He made wounds while cutting as well, and forget about following the instructions at all. Could've given a negative star if it was possible.

Natural hair called first, Alisa Henry was recommended, she burnt my hair and scalp and chopoed off my hair with dull scissors. I informed her in advance that I I did not want my haircut she insisted that it was going to be her name on my head that she needed to trim it needless to say she cut one side in a bob. My hair smelled burnt for 8 days. I did call and let Alisa Henry know that I was not pleased. She offered to make it right by doing a couple of conditioning treatments on my hair at no charge. But I'm good on her. Now this may not have been your experience but this was my experience and I will never return.
