Horrible travel agency. Poor to none communication. I feel like I got jipped my money. The brother billo said we will get sim cards when we get to saudi which was false we did not. He waited until last min to book everything and had audacity to blame it on covid. Theres thousands of ppl in umrah and they said their travel agency was super efficient and on time. We paid extra for a star resort I jeddah but had to cancel because billo tried to book to so late which he apologized for later. Never got a refund but added days to our stay at makkah but still it is not equivalent to how much we paid for the stay in jeddah. This was my 3rd umrah with haram tours and honestly every time there was a problem with. I will definitely never ever use this travel agency.

Thanks for providing the service for me and my wife's Hajj travel this year. The service provided by your agency met all our expectations. Hotels, Mina Camp, Arafat Camp, and the Muzdalifa stay were well organized. The cost of the package was also reasonable. I will recommend my friends and relatives (as I did this year) to choose your agency in the future. I have only one suggestion to make this otherwise fabulous journey even better for future Hajjies. If possible, provide the travel itinerary and Hajj visas earlier than you did this year. Many other Hajj agencies provided this service much earlier than late July.

By far the worst travel agency. Charged us for Business class and provided Economy class Services. I will not go in to details. Shame on these guys. Javad is a liar. when complained he tries to over power but he can't play his trick on everyone. I have no respect on those who cheat. Worst choice.
