I go here for the equipment repair and I think I am done using them cause I had them try to fix my ice auger and they couldn't do it but they didn't give me back all my parts,and they don't call you back very good when you leave a message.

Hi Heather, were sorry to hear this. These charges stemmed from items being returned late or not at all. Our team had to go to the venue to retrieve the missing inventory 3 days after it was due back. We understand there were communication issues with you being out of town, and we apologize it wasnt smoother. The communication on the front end was amazing however the communication on the back end with Patrick was extremely unprofessional and lacking. Beware if you decide to go with them and get caught with a surprise invoice with no explanation. I would not recommend this company.
