I rarely leave reviews but this company is the worst to deal with. I would actually really like to use their services but to date have never been able to get anything to work (and this is after spending many many hours over the course of a few months on the phone with them). Their own people can't figure it out and refuse to get back to me so that I can return their equipment. Instead, they keep sending me statements and invoices for services that I cannot and have not ever been able to use. Please save yourself the time, money, and headache of going through the same process I have.
This is actually a zero star review because this company is absolutely terrible!! The few times you actually get in touch with a human customer service person they will "drop" your call instead of transferring you. I have been trying to terminate my account since April of 2022 and keep getting no response and still receive bills for a postage machine that has NEVER worked! We received the postage machine in August of 2020 and when we set it up it was locked and a code was needed. When we called the customer service number the person on the other line was super rude and didn't help us at all, they actually hung up on us. We literally have never been able to use the machine because they won't give us a code to unlock it. Never use this company! They don't care about their customers and their product/service is the worst I have ever experienced in my line of work.
Once you're set up, you're good. But to get servicing, its an issue...customer support/retention/cancellation is all nearly impossible unless you hope to wait 40 minutes and don't get disconnected. The only department who would get on the call would be sales...which is disappointing.
