Would not accept an Amazon return for UPS pick up, because the box was 'too large'. Return packaging slip from Amazon listed them as the place to drop the package off. They admitted they did not want to be 'inconvienced'. I carried the box out under 1 arm. I would NEVER recommend them because of the poor attitude.
