Beware possible future customers, I want to warn you all about this company with possible unethical business policies. I have a dispute placed with my bank against the deposit given to the company. My request for refund on a deposit for $2300.00 was rejected by this company. It all started with a sales manager for an estimate on a new window. He requested a deposit or we wouldn't get the price offered and then we would loose the estimated amount given. He never explained that I only had three days to cancel. He didn't even allow me to read the contract. He then said to sign at the bottom of the contracts and a copy would be emailed. I had other estimates from different companies and decided to go with the one that would benefit me. I called on the third day and was not able to reach anyone to cancel. So, on the 4th day I sent an email to the company to cancel my project. I was then advised that they will not cancel my contract and will forfeit my deposit. Since the contract states that cancelations have to be within 3 days, and I sent the cancelation email request on the 4th day, now they want to keep my deposit. O.Moore/ DE

In trying to make an appointment in which I explained my partner would not be available, they insisted that we had to be there together or reschedule in several weeks when we might. High pressure sales from the getgo. My husband and I are barely physically together and we've been married almost 20 years. I have bought and sold houses and vehicles without him being in the same country under Power of Attorney, but they insist that he has to be here to sit through a presentation?!?!?! Ridiculous, and insulting and so 1970's where women can't make decisions without a man signing for them. After reading through the reviews, I am glad to not be working with them. I wonder if they are selling solar or time shares....

I had the pleasure of working with American Sentry for my solar need in renewable energy. Just wanted to do my part in this world. From sales(Bob Lemon), the office staff, and the crew that came to my house for the install( Brian, David, Jake, Joe, and Josh). I was treated with respect and courtesy from beginning to the end. Special shutout to Brian and Jake for going over the step process and what is next in terms of getting my county for final approval for PTO. Out of the many other solar companies I could have gone with, I chose America Sentry because of the products they offer and the extra bonus was the staff which I did not know until my install.

We were impressed with this company! After installiing our panels we discovered a shadow form our chimney causing 2 of them to produce much less than they should. Am. Sentury Solar agreed to come back and rearrange these my panels and everything is producing so much better now! They are very reputable and professional. Charlotte
