Completely ruined my entire business by taking 6 months to complete a job that they knew about 3 months ahead of time, and additionally cost the artist I manage over $1000 in damages because they couldn't meet an agreed upon deadline. This was over a year ago, and as of now, no effort has been made to correct the situation. Take your business elsewhere.

Sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with our policies and busy schedule. We've had the same policies for a decade and if you've ordered with us before you'd know that you'd have to pay your invoice before we started printing your shirts. Glad you were able to get your shirts printed for your bands show. Let us know if there's anything we can do.

Would NEVER work with these guys again. We ordered shirts from ASAP several times. Each time, we would order the shirts, they would give us a date for pickup and payment. The final time we ordered from them, we called on the date we were supposed to pick up our shirts, and they unceremoniously informed us that they never pressed the shirts because we hadn't paid for the order (we never received a call asking us to do so). They unapologetically told us that our order would have to be pushed back to the end of the queue, and the closest available date for reprint would be 3 weeks later. Luckily, we were able to find another company to get us the shirts in time for our event. I was just shocked that a company we had worked with several times (and had brought many other clients to) would be so rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't risk working with them if I were you.

Short on order, make sure you count your order. They replaced the missing item with a totally different item, because they were out of the original item. 2 stars for Friendly service.
