Paid $600 to recreate existing artwork and change our name & phone#. However we did not receive an AI or any illustrator file, in order to provide T shirts, prints, decals, etc. Because we did not agree with his additional cost & pricing for such, he deleted our file. He emailed us a pdf (picture) which no one can do anything with. His numerous insulting email responses were arrogant, rude, unprofessional and demeanor toward us as if we were asking too much. Just plain gave us excuses. Extremely verbal and unprofessional. He will hold a grudge. If we wanted a print, we could have gone to a copy store! I guess we'll have to pursue this matter in court.
