We lived here and it was a gorgeous home. But they took money from us for HOA fees then said they didn't and double charged us. We had to have an attorney settle it and print out proof. Its more of a retirement community. Not for young kids. The playground is destroyed and has been for a year now. Has not been fixed. They stay in lawsuits with the HOA and the management company. Its just a hot mess. Whats sad is if they would get their act together people would stop leaving.

Liars and deceitful. This community had a terrible pool and area despite what the website says along with the worst rated HOA in the state!!!! The sales office is used out of the HOA fun and is not helpful at all, as well as foesnt respond to nessages. Don't go, and don't try again. Just steer clear
