Since we keep ignoring their offers for roadside assistance, they now send mail for extended service plans saying our factory warranty will expire or may have already expired (RV is 10 years old so factory warranty expired long ago). They don't even put their name on the letter which wants you to panic. Uses the name ESPinstantquote. How many of these will we continue to receive even though letter says no other noticed will be sent. Ya right

I had the unfortunate need to use our insurance while travelling overseas. My wife suffered a neurological event that needed immediate attention. GST delayed treatment while 'investigating' our situation. I fired the doctor 'consultant' who had no idea of my wife's condition nor of the cultural barriers we experienced. This program is quite useless overseas. I had to hire a medevac company myself. The insurance delays caused trauma, pain and much suffering. Run away from this program!

I'm letting Good Sam that I called to cancel our membership because we just sold our RV. Because Marys great customer service I kept my membership. She educated me that the membership would cover me much more than I had any idea. I'm grateful for the information she shared with me. Customer service on the phone was excellent but in order to initiate benefit you have to call travel assist before calling 911. To me this makes the policy useless and I will no longer bother to carry it They never paid my claim for transport to emergency room!
