From the reviews I thought I was going to get a higher level of service. Very poor communication. No one would give me an ETA on a pickup. When I called, I was constantly given excuses and it took over two weeks to get my vehicle picked up. I requested a refund on my deposit (yes, they got me with the deposit) i got no response. Someone couldve said "itll take two weeks to pickup" and I wouldve understood. I still got no update on delivery window. Once my vehicle was picked up, no one called to let me know it was picked up. I had the dealer send me pictures of the transport to be safe. I had to track down the driver myself to get an eta. I learned some lessons with this. Wont use them again.

Ms. Jenn was very patient and professional in trying to find the driver at the day I requested. I called on Monday and requested a pickup on Wednesday. The situation has a little bit complexities but in the end, everything resolved well. The transportation company she found for me is reliable and pick up my car on the date I want. I got my car delivered safely from Texas to North Carolina after 4 days. There is no hidden fee. The pickup and delivery process is quick and simple. Thank you so much, Ms. Jenn!

Terrible communication! No one would return calls and was put on hold and disconnected several times....not recommended!
