Sorry Misty. Our Keg room leaves a lot to be desired and it is fairly difficult to move taps around so it really could have been an issue. Phill was probably under a bit of stress with staffing shortages and a busy restaurant. My apologies. We get Lots of 5 star reviews when everything goes right which happens most of the time. At least you got a Free Beer! Glad the food was absolutely delicious. Since you are a Local Guide with 206 reviews maybe you could go more into how delicious the food was and what you had on your visit.

The manager (bald guy) was very gruff, the tables are seated waaaaay too close together. Took forever to get a simple bud light draft after they were out of another draft beer due to changing the keg, which also normally doesn't take that long. (Server did comp THAT beer, though). We weren't checked on a lot. On a positive note, the food was absolutely delicious.

The food that I was served was terrible. I ordered eggplant Parmesan with pasta. There was a photo on the menu but it had to be from some other restaurant. I was served a giant plate of pasta with very little sauce and it was topped with a small eggplant that was clearly from a box of frozen food.

The restaurant and the food is good. Nice place to enjoy specially during the summer.

Ruckus has always been one of our favorite places so I hate that they *might* be struggling. Came in on a Monday at 7:30 and there was a short wait. Seated by 7:45 but sat until 8 before being waited on and that was after we got up and went back to the hostess stand. Several servers I walked by us but never acknowledged us and when we were greeted, she seemed very confused that we were her table. The biggest issue, though, was how incredibly loud the music was! We had much to talk about but could not hear each other, the people next to us left because I have a headache from the music, and a large family next to us had six children who were literally yelling at each other so they could have conversation. We asked two different servers if the music could be turned down and were told, its all on one volume control so no. I fully expect the bar to be loud but this was ridiculous for the patio at 8 on a Monday. We will try again for brunch as its terrific but dinner will be at another location. I will add that we were thankful it was 80s music!
