We are sorry to hear that. We don't know exactly why you brought us a brand new car that was under dealer warranty. What was the whole point of it if the main dealer should have fixed this to start with. We can't go straight on to replacing parts on a new car for 2 reasons: 1, warranty won't aprove that and 2, it's just not normal because it's a new car. We understand that you are upset,but you should have went straight to the dealer because it's a new car. As for the charging, no garage will even drive your car in for free. It is what it is, but we can't always diagnose a manufactures fault.

Charged 50 to diagnose cylinder misfire. All they did was put a fuel additive in which didn't solve the problem. Took car to main dealer and they changed plugs a a coil pack. Surely any decent garage could have worked that out.

Sorry to hear that,but it's not the actual story. We have fitted 4 refurb injectors that you have brought us. If the car works it means that the injectors were fitted right. After you had a different problem, wich you have used google to diagnose. You have never said once that one of the injectors might be faulty, wich could have happened. We are sorry for all this, but we do belive that you really wanted to put this on us, because of the other problems you had. We wish you all the best.

If you plan to get a dpf cleaned then these guys are the best but if it's injectors then watch out for one of the mechanics that doesn't know his head from his backside. He fitted my injectors saying he programmed them in yet I had a engine light on. He then read codes and told me I needed to spend more money on a new sensor that was over 200 turns out I got a 2nd opinion and all it needed was the learning stage which cost me 0.00

Not 30 for 1 screw, 30 to fix a problem. You have told us that you have a problem with the emissions going in to the car, it was diagnosed, up un the lift and fixex. It would have been different if you would have told us that you need a screw tightened and after showing us we would have done that. We will take negative reviews also,but please tell people the whole story not only the short version.
