Please dont go here. We were charged extortionate amounts for very basic food and a poor show. The ambiance is lacking, they didnt have the souvenir cups we ordered, the food is shocking. Dont waste your money
This is like... Chuck E. Cheese meets Casa Bonita (in all the worst ways). I went to the other location many years ago, and it was amazing. I was excited to go back. I paid over $200 for dinner for 2, and I've had better food at Burger King. I'm sure kids (like under 12) love this place, but it's a culinary disaster. Other reviews saying "it's not a foodie place" are laughingly understated. Chili's isn't a foodie place, but I'd eat there again. I'm not sure I'd eat here again if they paid me. A bunch of stuff wasn't available, and the sauces all came in freaking Dixie cups. I suspect the place is kept so dark so you can't see the food well or notice hairs or something (saw multiple reviews about finding hairs when I looked to do this review... blech). Also, let's just say the food went right through me. Specifics of food... The fries were worse than cafeteria fries. I've had better spring rolls and coconut shrimp from the freezer section at the grocery store. The blue cheese on the steakhouse burger could have been unseasoned cottage cheese for all the flavor it had. The actual burger patty wasn't worth eating. The bacon was edible, but it's hard to screw up bacon. The chicken sandwich had the wrong cheese (menu said provolone, we swear it was Kraft singles), and the chicken itself was spongy and inedible. The "marshmallows" on the s'more sundae tasted like store-bought marshmallow cream from a jar and the chocolate was just Hershey's syrup. The cocktails were poorly prepared and mixed. I'm not even that picky when it comes to cocktails, but these were just really poor efforts. There was no AC, and it was stiflingly hot. Also, I'd purchased haunted house tickets, but it was now closed. They gave us an extra drink each, but considering the quality of the cocktails, I wish they'd just given a refund. There was one actor roaming around the restaurant, and it just seemed like a parody of something he'd seen before. Honestly, it almost feels like the original owners abandoned it during the pandemic, and it's been taken over by squatters or something. They still have Christmas decorations up and were playing Christmas music. I suppose if you work retail over Christmas, being subjected to that in May might be terrifying. The bathrooms are the scariest part of the experience... because they're disgusting. Like cute gag being hidden in the "books," but seriously, I'd just hold it.
Decoration is amazing. Almost an amusement park. However it is very hard to get a table and the food is not so good and expensive. Even though, it totally worth the experience. I've been there multiple times.
Awful!!! Please do NOT waste your money. Our food was inedible! Chicken fingers were burnt so bad we couldnt even eat them. Same thing for my daughters chicken sandwich. All of the food was bad. We complained but they just offered to bring us more bad food. No thank you!! The decor was weird and the entertainment was lame and cheesy. The place smells weird too. We paid extra to go through the haunted house. That was a complete joke. Such a waste of time and money. Shut this place down!!!!!!
