I did not want to buy China and thought to buy a USA product, on the radiator and on the packaging it says made in China. I paid more for a sticker from your company. Very disappointed

Sorry about your experience. Our customer service is to service out network of distributors not retail sales. They are not trained to deal with the public just to service our network of distributors. We have too many retail customers sit there and argue.

Great company, I have fond memories of going there when I had my first car a '74 Plymouth Valiant, they only charged me $8 to weld the radiator, a fix I could afford because I was in college. Now they are a global company with great products and services. Wow they have come a long way and it is well deserved.

Mike we do not sell direct in the market anymore. If you call our office they are suppose to quote higher cost to protect our distributors. They should quote 2-5 times list.

Called for a price on a part. They quoted me over $1000. For a part that retails for $150-200 everywhere else. They claim they are the only ones in the country so they are charging more for them.
