Took car for warranty claim told me to come back when there is a trouble code. Have two oil fouled spark plugs runs rough burnt 2.5 quarts oil in 4,000 miles. Took car to Smart Honda davenport they started oil consumption test never was offered that at Randy Kuehl Honda sent me down the road with car could break down any time. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP

I would highly advise not to work here unless you have another form of income, 7/9 months i worked here, i was treated unremarkably poorly. They will tell you a large wage range and shoot below if you fit their requirements. If the wage they pay doesnt allow you to live, meaning groceries, rent, bills, etc. and you tell them you are struggling living, THAT DOESNT MATTER TO THEM AT ALL! you can fight for a raise all you want, work as hard as you want while also doing everyone elses job, but expect $0.50 maximum. They will tell you they have "opportunities" for you to get you quiet, and tell you, "you do great work I'll see what i can do," yet never follow through on their promised plans.

Called about a civic si and this is another dealer with outrageous markups on them. They say its because they dont get a lot of them but theres plenty of dealers that get the same amount and somehow sell at msrp just fine. Ive asked those dealers why the others mark up and I was told that its nothing more than to take advantage of the shortage and fill pockets. If you are looking for a civic just keep looking. Plenty of dealers that sell much closer to msrp.
